Uploading into The Data table
During the uploading process the application will check for 'referential integrity' issues, such as:

Category codes
Importing of sales , stock losses, tental-margins, attendant sales and stock-on-hand transactions :
A check is done to ensure thya stock categories exist and :
- if so whether the descriptions match
- if not a new category will be created

Stock items
Importing of sales , stock losses and stock-on-hand transactions :
A check will be made whether the sock item (description) already exists
If not, a new stock item will be created.
Additionally a check will be made to ensure that the stock category code linked to a stock item is still the same. If not, the sock master will be updated with the changed category code.

Stock sub-categories
Stock sub-categories are checked (Rental margin transactions), to ensure that the codes correspond to the data imported. New sub-category codes may be added if required.
Stock Article Categories
Stock article-categories are checked (VAT transactions), to ensure that the codes correspond to the data imported. New Article category codes may be added if required.

Employee data
In the case of Attendant sales, attendant responsibility and tank variance transactions, a check will be made to ensure that employee data is updated if and when new attendants are added
